Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Eastern Distric

Shooting: A 15-year-old male was adjusting his pants while standing in the 1300 block of N. Bond St. about 4: 40 p.m. Tuesday when a .357-caliber Magnum handgun he had tucked into his waistband discharged. Police said a bullet grazed his left thigh and he was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital and released. Police seized the weapon. Charges against the youth were pending an investigation by police and the city prosecutor's office.

Stolen car: A four-door gold-colored 1997 Honda with tags CNM 529 was stolen in the 1300 block of Ashland Ave. on Tuesday. Police said the car was equipped with an alarm and another anti-theft device but that the car might have been stolen by someone who broke into the owner's home recently and stole the vehicle's keys.

Stolen car: A gray 1986 Toyota truck with tags IAL 273 was stolen Tuesday in the 1500 block of Orleans St.

Southern District

Burglary: Nearly $900 was stolen Monday from a house in the 100 block of E. Randall St. The burglar got in through a kitchen window.

Stolen car: A 1985 Nissan with tags FEV 544 was stolen yesterday afternoon in the 3500 block of S. Hanover St. but abandoned by the thief in the same block when it developed pTC engine problems. No arrest had been made.

Stolen car: A 1984 Buick Regal with tags THF 122 was stolen Tuesday in the 3000 block of S. Hanover St.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 400 block of Washington Blvd. through a kitchen window yesterday and stole home entertainment equipment and several appliances, all valued at more than $3,500.

Southwestern District

Burglary: Police were seeking two men who broke into a house in the 500 block of Colleen Road on Tuesday and stole compact discs valued at $200.

Cutting: A motorist was stopped in the 600 block of N. Hilton St. about 11 p.m. Tuesday when a man approached and asked for a ride. When the motorist refused, the man pulled a knife and cut him on the left arm. The motorist was treated at Liberty Medical Center.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: A teen-ager was in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave. about 8: 40 p.m. Tuesday when he was assaulted by three men who robbed him of $25 and a gold necklace.

North Point Precinct

Burglary: Police were seeking a known male suspect who entered his ex-girlfriend's home in the 400 block of 52nd St. on Tuesday and stole a videocassette recorder, television and jewelry, all valued at $700. The suspect left behind his wallet.

Robbery: A man wearing a mask who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed the Royal Farm store in the 8200 block of Eastern Blvd. of cash about 12: 05 a.m. yesterday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 6300 block of Boxwood Road through a sliding glass door Tuesday and stole a laptop computer of unknown value.

Burglary: An intruder entered a house in the 8600 block of Black Oak Road through a rear kitchen window Monday night or Tuesday morning and took $400 from the living room.

Garrison Precinct

Burglary: Property of unknown value was taken from the bedroom of a house in the 3700 block of Norris Lane on Monday night or Tuesday afternoon. The burglar got in through a rear door.

Burglary: A diamond ring, wedding band, gold earrings, gold bracelet and $200 were stolen from a house in the 6600 block of Baythorne Road on Tuesday by someone who entered after prying open a rear sliding door.
