The remains of an unidentified body that was floating in the Susquehanna River in Harford County yesterday have been sent to the state medical examiner's office in Baltimore for analysis, said a spokesman for the Maryland Natural Resources Police.

Spokesman John Surrick said an employee of the Glen Cove Marina near the Conowingo Dam spotted the body floating among debris yesterday afternoon and called authorities. He said the body was so badly decomposed its gender could not be determined.
