William H. Sparrow,vice president, exercised an option for 6,010 shares of common stock at $14.16 each Feb. 5. To cover expenses of the transaction, Sparrow turned in 3,658 of them for $55.91 each n Feb. 5 and now directly and indirectly holds 56,730 common.

Florida Rock Industries

Charles H. Denny,director, sold 2,400 shares of common at $24.00 each Feb. 9 and now directly and indirectly holds 248,327 common.

Legg Mason Inc.

Edmund J. Cashman,director, exercised an option for 8,333 shares of common at $7.50 each March 3. To cover expenses of the transaction, Cashman turned in 1,054 of them for $59.25 each March 3 and now directly holds 221,034 common.
