NASCAR: Fined crew chief Bill Ingle $2,000 for improperly attached weight on Ricky Rudd's car, and Newt Moore, Buddy Cram and Jason Shapiro $500 each for running onto the race track after their driver, Kenny Wallace, was involved in an accident at Sunday's Food City 500.
