Lineboro man, 20, charged in break-ins

A 20-year-old Lineboro man has been charged in a rash of break-ins since January in the Westminster, Hampstead and Manchester areas, according to state police at Westminster.

Craig W. Hann of the 4400 block of Baughman Mill Road was being held yesterday in lieu of $50,000 bail on 10 counts of burglary and theft, plus charges of destruction of property and conspiracy to commit burglary.

Three charges of theft were lodged against Ann Marie Watson, 21, of the 700 block of Young Way in Westminster. She was freed pending trial.

After an investigation that included surveillance, investigators said, they executed search warrants at homes on Baughman Mill Road and Young Way, and recovered more than $15,000 worth of jewelry and other stolen items.
