An article in yesterday's editions incorrectly reported the days on which the women's art exhibit at Morgan State University is open to the public.

The exhibit is open to the public on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons through April 30.

The Sun regrets the errors.

Morgan State University's fourth annual women's art exhibit opened this week, delayed two weeks by an internal review of the school's James E. Lewis Museum of Art.

The exhibit, featuring works by a dozen local artists, can be seen at the museum in the Carl L. Murphy Fine Arts Center from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays through April 30.

The museum, which owns one of the area's largest collections of African-American art, closed abruptly Feb. 27 so university officials could conduct an inventory and review the facility's management. The inquiry continues, a spokesman said yesterday.
