Robbery: A female motorist was leaving Interstate 83 at the Belfast Road ramp about 6: 20 p.m. Monday when her car was struck from behind by another. When the woman got out of her car to examine the damage, the male driver of the second car pulled a handgun and robbed her of a purse containing cash and property, all valued at nearly $400.

North Point Precinct

Vandalism: A marble statue of an angel at a grave in Oaklawn Cemetery in the 7200 block of Eastern Ave. was toppled and destroyed between Friday and Monday. Damage was set at $7,000. A memory light valued at more than $100 was stolen.
