Ellicott City: 4800 block of Montgomery Road: Someone kicked in a door to a backyard shed Wednesday evening.

Ellicott City: 5600 block of Waterloo Road: A couple's quiet night was shattered when an arrow crashed through their bedroom window Monday night, police said. Arrested in the incident was Keith Jones of the 3500 block of Georgetown Road, Lansdowne. Jones, the estranged husband of a woman who lives in the house, was charged with assault, reckless endangerment and destruction of property, police said.

Columbia 100 Office Research Park: 8815 Centre Park Drive: A burglar pried open an interior door to Constellation Senior Services and stole seven lap-top computers Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

Savage: 8800 block of Baltimore St.: A burglar pried open the door to Countryside Fellowship Church and stole a computer printer, television and video cassette recorder between Sunday and Tuesday.
