Nursing center appoints Middleton medical director
Westminster Nursing and Rehabilitative Center has named Dr. John W. Middleton as medical director.
A Westminster resident and family practitioner, he has operated a solo and joint practice since 1983. He is a graduate of Mount St. Mary's College, the University of Maryland and Harrisburg Hospital Residency Program.
Middleton is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, president of the Carroll County Medical Society, treasurer of the department of family practice at Carroll County General Hospital and staff physician at Longview Nursing jTC Center.
He is board-certified with the American Academy of Family Practice, a state-licensed physician and surgeon, certified in basic life support and a licensed medical director with the Physician Office Laboratory.
