Union Bridge council to discuss plans for revitalization NTC

Union Bridge Town Council will discuss efforts to begin a Main Street revitalization program at 7 p.m. today.

Town officials and business leaders met this month to begin identifying priorities to improve the Main Street business district.

The council's agenda also includes a decision on whether to accept advertising to help finance the town's newsletter, published six times a year; a recommendation to raise rental fees for the community center; and the introduction of a new resident trooper.

The council meets in the town hall, 104 W. Locust St.
