Macks Homes has opened the final section at Worthington Park, where 10 different two-story traditional, transitional and contemporary houses are being built on 336 half-acre to 3-acre lots. More than 300 homes have been sold since Macks began developing the Baltimore County community in 1988.

Gas cooking, heat and hot water, instant hot water in the kitchen, hardwood foyer, oak stair railings and a family room fireplace are among the standard features in the development.

The model at Worthington Park is the Chesterfield, a 2,750-square-foot home with a beginning price of $319,900.

A 16-by-15-foot living room and 13-by-10-foot library flank the two-story foyer. A two-car garage, 13-by-14-foot dining room, 10-by-16-foot kitchen with pantry, 10-by-14-foot breakfast room, powder and laundry rooms and 19-by-14-foot family room with fireplace complete the first floor.

Upstairs, the master suite has a 16-by-18-foot bedroom, walk-in closet and bath. There are three more bedrooms and a hall bath. Macks is including a finished 15-by-28-foot basement recreation room at no additional cost.

The Westbrook has 2,500 square feet and a starting price of $299,900.

On the first floor are a two-story foyer, 12-by-14-foot living room, 13-by-12-foot dining room, laundry/mudroom, powder room, 19-by-14-foot sunken family room with fireplace, 19-by-17-foot kitchen/breakfast room with pantry, 7-by-9-foot sun room and 18-by-12-foot deck.

The second-floor master suite has a walk-in closet, 16-by-17-foot bedroom and bath with dual vanities, linen closet, separate shower and soaking tub. Two linen closets, a full hall bath and three more bedrooms complete the sleeping level. A 30-by-12-foot recreation room in the basement is standard.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Wednesday. Take Interstate 795 north to Owings Mills Boulevard east, go right on Bonita Avenue, right on Thoroughbred Lane and follow signs to the model.
