Malveata Johnson led all scorers with 21 points as visiting North Carolina A&T edged Coppin State, 55-54, last night in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference women's game.

Liesha Mitchell had a team-high 20 points and eight rebounds for the Eagles (3-8, 1-4).

Mount St. Mary's 86, Robert Morris 61: Megan Gardiner scored 23 points in 28 minutes as the Mountaineers (8-6, 4-0) breezed to a Northeast Conference win over the visiting Colonials (1-14, 0-5).

Gallaudet 94, Salisbury 81: Ronda Miller and Ronda Johnson combined for 58 points and 20 rebounds to lead the visiting Bison (11-1, 3-0) to a Capital Athletic Conference win over the Sea Gulls (5-7, 2-1).

Washington College 60, Wesley 43: Sophomore guard Maggy Kilroy scored a game-high 13 points as the Shoremen (9-2) extended their winning streak to six.


Kutztown 69, Bowie State 65: Nehemiah Brazil had a game-high 21 points as the host Golden Bears (7-8) held off the Bulldogs (3-9).
