Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Southeastern District

Bank robbery/arrest: Police arrested a man who allegedly robbed the First National Bank of Maryland in the 3400 block of Eastern Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money yesterday. Police said the man gave a teller a note about 9: 45 a.m., demanding money and implying he was armed. Police arrested a man a short time later at South East Avenue and Gough Street. Charged with bank robbery and held at the Central Booking and Intake Center pending a bail hearing is Daniel Soul, 51, of Pasadena, Anne Arundel County.

Northeastern District

Robbery: A man who robbed the 7-Eleven store in the 4900 block of Harford Road of cash and several packs of cigarettes about 1: 25 a.m. Monday is suspected of robbing at least two other 7-Eleven stores recently. No arrest has been made.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed a man of his ATM card outside an automated teller machine in the 1900 block of Bloomingdale Road about 10 p.m. Monday.

Western District

Drug arrest: Officer Jeanette Smith was in the 600 block of N. Carey St. about 5 p.m. Monday when she arrested a 43-year-old man in possession of a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana.

Northwestern District

Robbery: Two gunmen robbed the Burger King restaurant in the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 8: 35 p.m. Monday.

Eastern District

Robbery/arrests: Two men, one with a handgun and the other a knife, robbed a 34-year-old man of more than $100 in the 1800 block of N. Chester St. about 3 a.m. Monday. Officer Donald Watson later arrested two suspects a short distance away. Charged with armed robbery and held at the Central Booking and Intake Center were Donald Tate of the 900 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. and Harry Johnson of the 2400 block of Ashland Ave.

Northern District

Theft: Someone entered Beauty Outlet in the 5900 block of York Road on Sunday and stole a purse left unattended on a counter. The purse contained a 2 1/2 -carat diamond ring, valued at $20,000, and more than $100 cash.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 1300 block of Limit Ave. through a basement door Monday and stole three bicycles and TV electronic games, all valued at more than $600.

Cockeysville Precinct

Theft: Water pumping equipment valued at about $1,000 was stolen between Friday and Monday from a construction site in the 300 block of Western Run Road.

Homicide suspect arrested: The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task dTC Force yesterday arrested Steven Allen, 21, on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in the death of Leon Elem, 19, of the 5200 block of Saybrook Road, who was shot in the 3300 block of N. Edgewood St. on Jan. 23. Allen, of the 3300 block of Auchentoroly Terrace, was being held without bail at the Central Booking and Intake Center pending a bail review hearing.
