Ronald L. Zarrella, vice president, exercised an option for 2,312 shares of common stock at $43.25 each Nov. 14 and sold 1,631 shares at $61.29 each Nov. 14. He now directly or indirectly holds 12,015 common and 988 Class H common.

North American Vaccine

Jonathan Deitcher, director, sold 1,000 shares of common at $25.06 each Nov. 28 and now directly holds 41,500 common.

Procter & Gamble Co.

Edwin L. Artzt, director, disposed of, by gift, 540 shares of common at an unreported price from Nov. 14 to Nov. 19 and sold 23,000 shares at $74.69 each from Nov. 14 to Nov. 19. He now directly holds 478,587 common.

US Airways Group
