Southern District

Theft from vehicle: A cellular phone valued at more than $200 was stolen Monday from a 1992 BMW parked in the first block of E. Cross St.

Burglary: Tools valued at more than $2,000 were stolen from a storage trailer parked Monday in the 400 block of S. Howard St.

Western District

Stolen car: A four-door 1997 Jeep with tags 938396M was stolen Monday from the parking lot of the Mondawmin Mall.

Northern District

Stolen car: A 1989 Oldsmobile with tags 460 AMZ was stolen Monday in the 5200 block of Roland Ave.

Burglary: Stereo equipment and several compact discs, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen Monday from a house in the 1700 block of Sulgrave Ave.

Southwestern District

Theft from vehicle: A battery valued at more than $70 was stolen Monday from a 1985 Lincoln parked in the 1200 block of Poplar Grove St.

Essex Precinct

Burglary: Jewelry, a shotgun and a rifle, all valued at more than $2,000, were stolen between Friday and Sunday from a house in the 1400 block of Hadwick Drive.

White Marsh Precinct

Arson: Someone set fire to a storage shed in the 5700 block of Emelia Ave. on Monday, causing $200 damage.

Purse snatch: A 70-year-old woman was about to enter a bank Monday in the 8600 block of Belair Road when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $70.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: More than $1,000 was stolen Monday from Postman Plus in the 500 block of Washington Ave. A key might have been used to gain entry.

Burglary: Someone entered a garage Monday in the 6400 block of Pratt Ave. and stole three bicycles valued at nearly $1,000.

Cockeysville Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house under construction in the 300 block of Western Run Road on Sunday and stole lawn-care equipment, a gas-operated leaf blower, hand and power tools, a power washer and a gasoline-powered generator, all valued at more than $3,000.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A woman was in the 9600 block of Liberty Road on Monday afternoon when a man pressed a handgun against her body and robbed her of her coat and a purse containing cash and property, all of unknown value.

Stolen car: A red 1993 Jeep Cherokee with tags 950515M was stolen Monday in the 100 block of Brookebury Drive in Reisterstown.

Stolen car: A 1996 Ford Econovan with tags 91D555 was stolen Monday in the 11400 block of Cronridge Drive.

For the Record

Suspect sought: Donte Antonio Kennedy, 18, of the 1900 block of Perlman Place has been charged in warrants with the shooting and attempted murder of a 12-year-old girl in the 2100 block of E. North Ave. on Saturday. The girl was riding her bike when she was shot in her right leg by one of two men shooting at each other during a drug dispute. The girl was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital and released.
