Manchester: Firefighters responded at 9: 28 p.m. Saturday to a fire on Route 27 at Albert Rill Road. Units were out 20 minutes.

Hampstead: Firefighters responded at 4: 45 p.m. Saturday to a trash container fire on Hanover Pike. Units were out 30 minutes.

Pleasant Valley: Firefighters from Westminster and Littlestown, Pa., assisted Pleasant Valley at 5: 27 p.m. Friday, responding to a chimney fire in the 3900 block of Littlestown Pike. Units were out 51 minutes.

Hampstead: Firefighters from Manchester and Arcadia and Reisterstown in Baltimore County assisted Hampstead at 10: 09 a.m. Friday, responding to a furnace fire in the 1100 block of S. Main St. Units were out 30 minutes.


Hampstead: Employees at Cox Ford in the 1600 block of N. Main St. told police that 16 new vehicles were damaged with rocks, bricks and tree stumps on Dec. 28. Damage was !c estimated at $8,000.
