Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Central District

Shooting: A 21-year-old man was outside a carryout in the 2000 block of Pennsylvania Ave. about 4 a.m. Sunday when he heard several gunshots and felt pain in his side and leg. The victim, who might not have been the intended target of an unknown assailant, was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center for bullet wounds of the left side and left leg and was released.

Southern District

Robbery: Two men and a woman were in the 800 block of Washington Blvd. about 9 p.m. Sunday when two men, one with a shotgun and the other a bottle, robbed two of the victims of $60. During the robbery, the woman and a male victim were struck with the bottle and suffered lacerations.

Western District

Rape: A 23-year-old Northeast Baltimore woman was about to use the telephone in a house in the 2500 block of Clifton Ave. on Sunday when a male occupant forced her into a bedroom and raped her at gunpoint. The woman was treated at Mercy Medical Center. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the suspect.

Northwestern District

Rape: After accepting a ride from a hack, an unlicensed cabbie, at Pennsylvania Avenue and Mosher Street on Sunday afternoon, a 26-year-old woman was driven to the Chizuk Amuno Congregation Cemetery in the 4300 block of N. Rogers Ave., where the driver raped her. The woman was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

Robbery: Three men, one with a handgun, robbed a 16-year-old male of his head-set and $25 in the 3500 block of Reisterstown Road about 11: 30 p.m. Sunday.

Robbery: A 17-year-old male was in the 5200 block of St. Charles Ave. about 8 p.m. Sunday when he was threatened by an older male who robbed him of $7 and two videocassette tapes, all valued at nearly $50.

Eastern District

Shootings: A man was in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after a gunman shot him in the head and hand as he and another man walked in the 3000 block of E. Fayette St. abut 1 a.m. yesterday. The other man was shot in the buttocks and was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital and released.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: A gunman and a female accomplice robbed the Pizza Hut restaurant in the 2300 block of N. Rolling Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 5 p.m. Sunday.

Kidnapping/robbery.: A 20-year-old man was at Liberty and Kelox roads about 9: 30 p.m. Sunday when he was forced into a car by two men, one with a handgun, who drove him to the former location of Gwynn Oak Amusement Park in the 1800 block of Gwynn Oak Ave. and robbed him of his jacket and more than $300. Later, police arrested one suspect and were seeking the second man.
