Pleasant Valley: Firefighters from Pleasant Valley, Westminster and Littlestown, Pa., responded to a chimney fire in the 2700 block of Murkle Road at 12: 18 a.m. yesterday. Units were out one hour.

Westminster: Firefighters transferred an engine to Pleasant Valley at 1: 41 p.m. Saturday for one hour and 49 minutes.

Pleasant Valley: Firefighters from Pleasant Valley, Taneytown and Westminster responded to a house fire in the 1900 block of Tyrone Road at 1: 04 p.m. Saturday. Units were out two hours and 25 minutes.

Westminster: Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 300 block of E. Main St. at 9: 38 p.m. Friday. Units were out 22 minutes.


Westminster: A resident of East Green Street reported Saturday that a television was stolen from her home. The loss was estimated at $1,000.
