Holiday readings

Theatre Hopkins will present its second annual holiday program of dramatic readings Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's program, back by popular demand, will be readings of two tales -- "The Wedding at Dingley Dell" and "Gabriel Grubb" -- from "The Pickwick Papers," by Charles Dickens.

Sunday's program is Truman Capote's "A Christmas Memory." Both presentations include a reception featuring a traditional wassail bowl and British holiday treats.

Theatre Hopkins performs in the Merrick Barn on the Homewood campus of Johns Hopkins University. Show times are 2: 15 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $5. Call 410-516-7159.
