Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Northeastern District

Teacher stabbed: A 31-year-old teacher at Abbottston Elementary School in the 1300 block of Gorsuch Ave. was walking to her car after classes about 3: 20 p.m. yesterday when a man jumped from a wall near the school's parking lot and stole her purse, which contained cash and property of unknown value, and fled. The teacher apparently resisted the robber and was stabbed under the right arm. She was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital and was to have been released last night. The robber was described as having a large mustache and wearing a green jacket and black pants.

Central District

Shooting: A male motorist was stopped at a traffic light in the 100 block of Park Ave. last night when a gunman fired a shot through the rear window of the car, wounding him in the face. The victim drove to the home of his girlfriend, who drove him to Union Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Southern District

Shooting: A man was walking across a vacant lot in the 2900 block of Cherryland Road yesterday when a gunman fired several shots, hitting him in the right arm, left leg and groin. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. No arrest had been made.

Western District

Shooting: Several men were in the 500 block of N. Payson St. about 12: 30 a.m. Monday when a gunman fired several shots, hitting one man in the left arm and another in the left foot. Both victims were treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Northwestern District

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 2900 block of Terry Drive Monday and took $800 from a bedroom dresser.

Burglary: Four gold necklaces, all valued at nearly $500, were stolen Monday from a house in the 5500 block of Norwood Ave.

Eastern District

Rape: Two men, one with a handgun, forced a 41-year-old woman into a vacant house in the 1200 block of N. Bradford St. yesterday and raped her. She was treated at Mercy Medical Center.

White Marsh Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a building at Essex Community College in the 7200 block of College Drive through a window between Dec. 19 and Monday and stole a clock and set off a fire extinguisher, causing at least $200 damage.

Towson Precinct

Stolen car: A white 1990 Chevrolet Cavalier with tags XZZ 193 was stolen Monday in the 8800 block of Oak Tree Court.

Garrison Precinct

Robbery: A woman was getting into her car at the Sinai Fitness Center in the 1800 block of Green Tree Road about 7 p.m. Monday when she was assaulted by a man who stole her purse, which contained cash and property valued at more than $400. The robber drove away in a late model pickup.

Burglary: Power tools were stolen from a garage in the 4200 block of Colonial Road on Sunday or Monday.

Body identified: City police have identified Michelle Storm, 20, of the 8100 block of Gray Haven Road in Dundalk, Baltimore County as the woman whose body was found inside a plastic trash bag in the 1900 block of N. Castle St. in East Baltimore on Dec. 19. Police said she died of multiple blows to the head.

Homicide suspect arrested: The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Kurt Carlos Fulp, 31, of the 2100 block of Bryant Ave., in the 2000 block of S. Hanover St. yesterday. Fulp was charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Shawn Green, 20, of the 1800 block of Presstman St., in the 1600 block of Presbury St. on Nov. 23. Fulp is being held without bail at the Central Booking and Intake Center.
