Cottrell recorded consecutive double-doubles in victories over Severna Park and Central. The senior forward had 20 points and 20 rebounds against Severna Park and 25 points, 19 rebounds against Central.

Thomas Hawkins

Annapolis

Boys basketball

In victories over Glen Burnie (80-63) and Severna Park (76-60), Hawkins scored game highs of 37 and 36 points, respectively. The sophomore guard shot 72 percent from the field and averaged five assists a game.

Keith Puller

Chesapeake-AA

Wrestling

Puller won all five of his matches and was named the Most Outstanding Upper Weight after claiming the indivdual title at 160 pounds at the Dundalk Invitational. The senior won the tournament's toughest class.
