Police yesterday identified Bernard Gibson, 20, of the 200 block of N. Wolfe St. as the man fatally shot in what they believe was a drug-related incident Saturday night at the Latrobe Homes public housing complex in East Baltimore.

Detective Albert Marcus of the homicide squad said two men got out of a black Toyota Cressida about 7: 30 p.m. in the 900 block of Valley St. and walked over to four East Baltimore men standing nearby. Marcus said one of the men from the car opened fire on the four with a semiautomatic weapon, killing Gibson and wounding the other three.

Marcus said those wounded are:

Stanford Stansbury, 18, of the 3800 block of Kimble Road, who was shot in the right foot and treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital and released.

Roland Flemming, 21, also of the 200 block of N. Wolfe, who was shot in both thighs and was in stable condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital yesterday.

Tyrek Scott, 17, of the 900 block of Valley St., who was shot in the left shoulder and treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center and released.
