Man arrested on drug charges

A Baltimore County man is being held in lieu of $250,000 bail at the Carroll County Detention Center after he was arrested late Thursday on drug charges during a raid in Westminster.

Bernard H. Davis, 32, of the 2500 block of Barnesley Place in the Rolling Wind community near Western Area Park faces charges of conspiring to distribute cocaine, three counts of distributing cocaine, and one count each of possession of cocaine and paraphernalia.

Westminster police executed the search and seizure warrant at 11: 25 p.m. in the 200 block of E. Green St. and confiscated $56 and an undisclosed amount of suspected cocaine and paraphernalia.

Court records show Davis is scheduled for a District Court bail review hearing today.

Police

Westminster: A resident of Pennsylvania Avenue told police Thursday that someone damaged Christmas decorations on his property. Damage was estimated at $100.
