Below are insider transactions of 500 shares or more for publicly held companies based in Maryland or having substantial operations here. Insiders are officers, directors or owners of 10 percent or more of a corporation's stock.

AlliedSignal Inc.

Kenneth W. Cole, vice president, exercised an option for 15,000 shares of common at $17.18 each Nov. 21 and sold 25,000 shares at $37.82 each Nov. 21. He now directly and indirectly holds 19,464 common.

Richard F. Wallman, officer, exercised an option for 5,000 shares of common at $18.97 each Nov. 20 and sold them at $38 each Nov. 20. He now directly and indirectly holds 208 common.

John W. Barter, vice president, exercised an option for 40,000 shares of common at $13.52 each from Nov. 20 to Nov. 21 and sold them between $37.82 and $38 each from Nov. 20 to Nov. 21. He now directly and/or indirectly holds 53,555 common and 12,498 common.

Peter M. Kreindler, vice president, exercised an option for 10,000 shares of common at $17.79 each Nov. 20 and sold them at $38 each Nov. 20. He now directly and indirectly holds 11,953,380 common.

General Motors Corp.

John Randolph Rines,no longer required to file as an insider, exercised an option for 46,693 shares of common between $40 and $59.07 each from Nov. 13 to Nov. 14. To cover expenses of the transaction, Rines turned in 2,402 of them for $62.32 each from Nov. 13 to Nov. 14 and sold 44,047 shares in the open market between $61.29 and $62.32 each from Nov. 13 to Nov. 14. He now directly and/or indirectly holds 10,397 common and 553 class H common.

John Clark Weaver, officer of subsidiary, exercised an option for 17,400 shares of class H common at $25.38 each Nov. 10 and sold them between $62 and $62.19 each Nov. 10. He now directly and/or indirectly holds 15,033 class H common and 2,120 common.

Harbor Fed. Bancorp Inc.

Joseph J. Lacy,director, sold 1,000 shares of common at $21.25 each Nov. 5 and now directly holds 19,676 common.

Lockheed Martin Corp.
