No. 1 Dunbar falls to West Va. team

Michael Jebbia had a game-high 24 points and Darius Goodwin had 22 as Wheeling Park defeated top-ranked Dunbar, 79-65, last night to win its holiday tournament in West Virginia.

Timmy Lyles, who had 11 of the Poets' 27 turnovers, and Jamal Brown each had 23 points for Dunbar (5-1), who trailed 22-7 after one period and never led.

Spalding 59, Lithonia 55: Derrick Goode scored 13 points and Tremaine Robinson 11 as the No. 10 Cavaliers (7-1) defeated Lithonia, the eighth-ranked team in Georgia, at the Reebok Holiday Classic Tournament in Las Vegas.
