A 17-year-old Northeast Baltimore youth has been arrested and charged as an adult in the shooting of a Christmas tree salesman during a robbery last week.
Officers from the Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Devin Dye on Friday night at his home in the 1900 block of Ramblewood Road. Dye was charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, robbery and a handgun violation, said Agent Ragina L. Cooper, a city police spokeswoman.
