Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Northeastern District

Robbery: Police were seeking a couple who forced a woman into her home in the 4300 block of Harcourt Road about 3: 30 p.m. yesterday and robbed her at knifepoint of money, an ATM card and car keys. The couple also used duct tape to bind the victim's hands and tape her mouth shut, then shut her in the basement. The pair escaped in the woman's 1990 Toyota Camry with tags DXL 401. The victim freed herself about 5: 30 p.m. and called police.

Central District

Theft: Compact discs and clothing, all valued at more than $200, were stolen Wednesday from a 1997 Chevrolet parked in the 200 block of St. Paul St.

Western District

Robbery try/shooting: A 17-year-old male was in the 2000 block of Rayner Ave. about 6 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman demanded his money. When the victim replied he had none, the gunman shot him in both feet. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Southern District

Shooting: An 18-year-old man was shot in the hand about 5 p.m. yesterday while fleeing several men he had argued with in the 2600 block of Puget St. The victim was in good condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Near the scene, police recovered a .40 caliber semiautomatic handgun.

Southwestern District

Theft from vehicle: A hammer drill and a case of caulking compound, all valued at nearly $300, were stolen Wednesday from a 1976 Mercury parked in the 800 block of S. Caton Ave.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A microwave oven valued at $100 was stolen Wednesday from a house in the 5600 block of Belle Ave. Entry was gained by removing a piece of cardboard from a broken window.

Eastern District

Stabbing: A 17-year-old boy was in the 1600 block of N. Eden St. at 6 p.m. Wednesday when another youth stabbed him in the stomach. The victim was in critical condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Northern District

Stolen car: A red 1987 Mazda RX-7 with tags ESY 511 was stolen Wednesday in the 100 block of W. 27th St.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: A power washer of unknown value was stolen Tuesday from Glidden Paints in the 100 block of E. Joppa Road. The burglary was reported Wednesday.

For the Record

Suspect arrested: Raymond Smith, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested Tuesday in the 2600 block of Round Road in Cherry Hill on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder in a February 1995 shooting. He is accused of fatally shooting Stephan Foster, 28, of the first block of Benkert Ave. as the victim left the Castle-Caton bar in the first block of S. Caton Ave. Police said Foster was killed for allegedly robbing Smith's brother.

Suspect charged: A first-degree murder warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jermaine Falls, 17, of the 2200 block of McCulloh St. He is being sought in the fatal shooting of David Davis, 34, of the 600 block of Smithson St. on Saturday in the 1400 block of Argyle Ave. Falls was charged as an adult.
