Astros: Kept C Tony Eusbeio by agreeing with him on $700,000, one-year contract.

Blue Jays: Acquired P Trevor Schaffer from Cubs to complete Dec. 11 deal for C Sandy Martinez.

Brewers: Signed P Jeff Juden and C Jesse Levis.

Cubs: Harry Caray will continue broadcasting home games on WGN-TV and will be joined by grandson Chip Caray.

Diamondbacks: Sold rights of OF Harvey Pulliam to Orix of Japanese Pacific League.

Dodgers: Signed P Tim Scott and OF Ricky Otero to minor-league contracts and invited them to spring training.

Indians: Kept C Pat Borders and former Orioles IF Jeff Manto by agreeing with them on minor-league contracts.

Mets: Signed P Jae Weong Seo and IF-OF Jae Hwan Seo, South Korean brothers.

Padres: Invited P Roberto Ramirez to spring training. Signed two-year working agreement with Yucatan of Mexican Summer League.

Pirates: Agreed to $1.6 million, two-year contract with OF Turner Ward.

Northern Arizona: Football coach Steve Axman resigned.
