Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Northeastern District

Robbery: A teen-ager was in the 3500 block of Mannasota Ave. about 2: 45 p.m. Monday when an unarmed man robbed him of $45.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 5300 block of Leith Road Monday and stole more than $200.

Robbery: When an employee of the Dunkin Donuts shop in the 6300 block of Belair Road opened the cash register to make a sale about 3: 30 p.m. Monday, a man shoved the worker aside and stole cash.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 4700 block of Homesdale Ave. Monday and stole property valued at more than $150.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A four-door maroon 1993 Chevrolet with tags XJT 070 was stolen Monday in the 2400 block of James St.

Theft from vehicle: Stereo equipment valued at $800 and a gold watch worth $700 were stolen Monday from a 1988 Chevrolet parked in the 600 block of S. Smallwood St.

Stolen car: A 1992 Jeep truck with tags 026725M was stolen Sunday in the 2500 block of Tolley St.

Stolen car: A green, two-door 1995 Ford Escort with tags EMN 629 was stolen Monday in the 1600 block of N. Dukeland St.

Western District

Robbery: A gunman robbed H.D. Howard Photos in Mondawmin Mall of more than $100 about 6 p.m. Monday.

Theft from vehicle: Cash, a briefcase, a cellular phone, a cellular phone case and a battery charger, a day planner,a wallet and a leather note pad, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a truck parked Monday in the 2200 block of Reisterstown Road.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A woman was placing her child in her car in the 2400 block of Frederick Ave. about 5 p.m. Monday when a man placed an unknown weapon into her back and removed cash from her pants pocket.

Eastern District

Rape: A teen-age girl was sitting on the front steps of a house near the 1700 block of Ensor St. about 6: 30 p.m. Monday when a man armed with a knife forced her into a vacant house at 1717 Ensor and raped her. She was treated at Mercy Medical Center. No arrest has been made.

Robbery: A man was in the 1000 block of Hillen St. about 10 p.m. Monday when he was struck over the head with a baseball bat by one of two men, who took his money, coat, watch and a knapsack. The victim was treated for a head injury at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Assasult: Two women were arguing over cigarettes in the 500 block of E. North Ave. Monday when one of them struck the other in the face with a bottle. When the victim entered her home, her assailant threw a rock through one of the windows. No arrest has been made.

Stolen car: A gray 1982 Nissan Sentra station wagon with tags EKY 041 was stolen Monday in the 1000 block of N. Central Ave.

Robbery: A man assaulted a woman in the 2500 block of E. Biddle St. Friday and stole her purse, containing a small sum of money and three bottles of prescription medication. The robbery was reported Monday.

Northern District

Stolen car: A 1987 Acura Legend with Massachusetts tags 550 ETK was stolen Monday in the first block of E. University Parkway.

Burglary: A multispeed bike valued at $600 was stolen Monday from a garage in the 100 block of Witherspoon Road.

Stolen car: A 1994 Nissan with tags DKA 139 was stolen Monday in the 3100 block of Independence Ave.

Burglary: A 20-inch TV valued at more than $270 was stolen Monday from a house in the 400 block of E. Lorraine Ave.

Parkville Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed the High's dairy store in the 10000 block of Harford Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 6 p.m. Monday.

Burglary: Someone entered Parkway Cleaners in the 2300 block of Cleanleigh Drive through a rear door Monday and stole a stereo radio and $50.

Burglary: Jewelry, a videocassette recorder and a safe containing papers were stolen Monday from an apartment in the 8900 block of Waltham Woods Road.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 1500 block of Doxbury Road through a window Monday and stole more than $1,000.

Wilkens Precinct

Burglary: A videocassette recorder and a tape deck were stolen Monday from a house in the 3700 block of Washington Blvd.

For the Record

Robbery suspect charged: A Southwest Baltimore man has been charged with the armed robbery of the NationsBank in the 200 block of W. Cold Spring Lane in Baltimore Monday afternoon. Detective Joseph Phelps said a gunman dressed as a female nurse and wearing a black wig robbed the bank and was captured in a house in the 1000 block of W. 43rd St. in Hampden after a three-hour standoff. Jason Hamm, 39, of the 2400 block of Ellicott Drive is being held by the U.S. Marshals Service pending a hearing before a U.S. District Court magistrate.
