General Motors Corp.

Hans J. Weiser, vice president,exercised an option for 6,690 shares of common stock at between $40 and $41.50 each Oct. 20 and sold them at $69.25 each Oct. 20. He now directly holds 535 common and 5,038 Class H common.

Marriott International

Richard E. Marriott,director, sold 135,000 shares of common at $72.24 each Oct. 14 and now directly and indirectly holds 10,773,039 common.

MCI Communications

Clifford L. Alexander,director, exercised an option for 20,000 shares of common at $28.06 each Nov. 14 and sold 26,000 shares at $41.31 each Nov. 14 and no longer holds shares in the company.

Bert C. Roberts,chairman, exercised an option for 560,000 shares of common between $9.94 and $15.81 each Nov. 14. To cover expenses of the transaction, Roberts turned in 310,000 of them for $41.20 each Nov. 14 and he now directly and indirectly holds 873,972 shares of common.

Marjorie Magner,officer, exercised an option for 22,501 shares of common at $48 each from Oct. 7 to Oct. 23. To cover expenses of the transaction, Magner turned in 55,060 of them for $74.44 each from Oct. 7 to Oct. 23 and disposed of, by gift, 175 shares at an unreported price from Oct. 7 to Oct. 23 . She now directly and indirectly holds 133,378 common.

Edward Hey Budd,director, exercised an option for 240,663 shares of common at between $16.94 and $50.13 each from Oct. 10 to Oct. 23. To cover expenses of the transaction, Budd turned in 186,901 of them at between $72.88 and $76.38 each from Oct. 10 to Oct. 23 and disposed of, by gift, 16,000 shares at an unreported price from Oct. 10 to Oct. 23. He now directly and indirectly holds 507,441 common.
