Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Northwestern District

Shooting: A man was in the 2700 block of Ulman Ave. about 11: 30 p.m. Tuesday when he heard several gunshots and felt a pain. He had been shot in the buttocks and was treated at Sinai Hospital. No arrest had been made.

Eastern District

Burglary: A pager and $60 were stolen Wednesday from a house in the 1300 block of N. Broadway by someone who entered through the front door.

Southeastern District

Shooting: A man was shot three times while standing in a parking lot in the 1700 block of Nome St. about 11: 45 p.m. Wednesday. He was in critical condition yesterday at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Police were looking for a white Dodge Neon in the shooting.

Western District

Theft/arrest: A 35-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday when she tried to leave Stop Shop Save supermarket in the 1400 block of N. Monroe St. without paying for baby formula valued at more than $30.

Northern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed the 7-Eleven in the 4400 block of York Road of less than $100 about 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Southwestern District

Robbery: A gunman robbed the Amoco station in the 2100 block of Forest Park Ave. of more than $100 about 7 a.m. Wednesday.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: A gunman robbed the High's dairy store in the 7900 block of Wise Ave. of less than $50 about 5: 30 p.m. Wednesday.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Someone entered a warehouse in the 8800 block of Orchard Tree Lane through the rear door between Nov. 10 and Wednesday and stole 250 bottles of wine valued at $1,700 and 78 gallons of liquor valued at $3,100. Police said the warehouse was closed and is to be auctioned.

Robbery suspect arrested: A man charged in a warrant with bank robbery was arrested yesterday at Edmondson Village Shopping Center by members of the Maryland Joint Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force. George Foster Johnson, 36, of the 2500 block of Keyworth Ave. in Northwest Baltimore is accused of the Nov. 29 robbery of the NationsBank in the 10300 block of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills, and a parole violation.

Slaying victim named: Police have identified Jay Summers, 32, as the man beaten to death Dec. 8 in his home in the 400 block of N. East Ave. in Southeast Baltimore. Homicide Detective Kathy Kline said no arrest had been made and police knew of no motive for the slaying.
