A man threw a brick through the locked glass door of a Paceway convenience store in the 100 block of Old Solomons Island Road in Annapolis early yesterday and climbed through the hole to rob the store, county police said.

The man broke in about 4 a.m., threatened clerk Robert Kapoor and ordered him to open the cash register. He indicated he had a weapon, but never showed it, before grabbing the cash drawer and fleeing, police said.
