Robert W. Locke,vice president, exercised an option for 3,300 shares of common at $9.09 each Oct. 9 and now indirectly holds 1,485 common.

Manor Care Inc.

Ronald Baron, beneficial owner, purchased 6,370 shares of common for between $33.23 and $34.11 each from Oct. 17 to Oct. 20 and now directly holds 232,034 common.

Mid-Atl. Realty Trust
