Ryan Homes has opened the final 10-home section at Beldale Courts in Perry Hall, where the company is building 80 three-level townhouses with gas cooking, heat and hot water.

The homes in the Baltimore County community are being built under the BGE EnergyWi$e program, which seeks to lower energy costs by using high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment as well as better insulation and windows.

The Fairfield model is a three-level, 1,800-square-foot townhouse with a base price of $106,990. It can be built with a front kitchen, rear kitchen or large country kitchen.

With an 11-foot-by-9-foot front kitchen, the first floor also would have a foyer, coat closet, storage area, powder room, 10-foot-by-7-foot dining room and 19-foot-by-11-foot rear living room.

Many buyers select a layout with a 13-foot-by-18-foot front living room and 19-foot-by-11-foot country kitchen at the rear, according to sales associate Michael Taylor.

In the three-bedroom version, there is a 12-foot-by-13-foot master bedroom with a walk-in closet on the second floor.

A floor plan with two large bedrooms is available at no additional cost.

The bath, with entrances from the hall or master bedroom, contains a soaking tub, linen closet and two vanities.

A finished family room and laundry room occupy the lower level.

The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Take Interstate 695 to U.S. 1 north, to a left on Dunfield Road to the model on the left.
