Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Northeastern District

Robbery: A woman was at a bus stop at Loch Raven Boulevard and East Cold Spring Lane about 8 p.m. Monday when three men, one with a handgun, robbed her of her purse containing cash and property valued at $30.

Southern District

Burglary: A 15-speed bike, tools and a ladder, all valued at more than $700, were stolen Monday from a shed in the 2500 block of Arbuton Ave.

Northwestern District

Burglary/robbery: A man armed with a knife broke into a house in the 4000 block of Pinkney Road about 10 p.m. Monday, stole more than $300 and threatened the female occupant when she confronted him on a stairway.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A 1996 silver-colored Land Rover with tags 908858M was stolen Monday in the 2000 block of Edgewood Road.

Eastern District

Robbery: A man was riding a 15-speed bike in the 1000 block of N. Milton Ave. about 7: 30 p.m. Sunday when three men, one with a handgun, shoved him to the ground and stole the bike.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: A man was about to leave Cigarette Depot in the 4300 block of Ebenezer Road without paying for several cartons of cigarettes about 1: 30 p.m. Monday when a clerk stopped him at the door. The man then displayed a handgun in his waistband and threatened to shoot the employee. The gunman escaped with a second suspect.

Robbery: A gunman entered a house in the 6700 block of Shakerwood Road about 7 p.m. Monday, took a portable telephone and a caller identification, device and forced a man and two women into the basement.

North Point Precinct

Theft: The occupant of an apartment in the 2900 block of Yorkway reported Sunday the September theft of a gold rope chain with an arrowhead pendant, valued at more than $1,500.

Theft: A 40-foot trailer valued at more than $9,000 was stolen Monday from Italian Lines Inc. in the 7600 block of Canton Center Drive.

Theft: Police are investigating the theft over a period of time of more than $1,000 from a safe at Payless Shoes in the 1400 block of Merritt Blvd.

Drug suspect arrested: Federal marshals in Palmdale, Calif., arrested yesterday Carlos Quiceno, 41, who is suspected of being an associate of the Medellin drug cartel in Colombia and who is charged in a federal warrant with transporting 1,000 kilograms of cocaine from Colombia to Baltimore in February. A spokesman for the Baltimore Office of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force said Quiceno had been under surveillance. Extradition proceedings were pending.
