Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Northwestern District

Burglary: A videocassette recorder, bike and stereo equipment were stolen from a house Saturday in the 3900 block of Fairview Ave. Entry was through a kitchen door.

Northern District

Robbery: When an employee of the food mart at an Amoco station in the 2800 block of Greenmount Ave. refused to accept a counterfeit $20 bill from a woman purchasing groceries about 9 p.m. Saturday, the woman pulled a handgun, took back the bill, stole the groceries and escaped.

Eastern District

Robbery: An employee of the McDonald's restaurant in the 2000 block of N. Broadway was giving a customer change about 7: 40 p.m. Saturday when a man shoved the employee's hand aside and stole money from the cash register.

Western District

Robbery: A man was in the 700 block of Ashburton St. about 2: 20 p.m. Saturday when a gunman robbed him of $60.

North Point Precinct

Robbery: Police were seeking two men who broke into an 82-year-old man's home in the 6700 block of Roberts Ave. in Dundalk about 3 a.m. Saturday and robbed him of more than $100 after assaulting him with their fists. The victim's son-in-law went to the house several hours later when the victim failed to answer the phone.

Towson Precinct

Robbery: A 23-year-old man was at Delaware and Sheeley avenues about 9: 30 p.m. Saturday when two gunmen robbed him of cash and a pager.
