S. Robert Hays, vice president, sold 5,000 shares of common at $59.50 each Oct. 7 and now directly and indirectly holds 12,439 common.

Wallace A. Patzke, vice president, sold 2,200 shares for $54 to $55.63 from Sept. 19 to Sept. 25 and directly and indirectly holds 415 common.

General Motors Corp.

J. T. Battenberg, vice president, sold 16,414 shares of common at $71.13 each Oct. 22 and directly and/or indirectly holds 31,331 common and 6,238 Class H common.

Richard M. Donnelly, vice president, exercised an option for 8,000 shares of common at $43.25 each from Oct. 10 to Oct. 20 and sold them at $69.20 each from Oct. 10 to Oct. 20. He now directly or indirectly holds 14,218 common and 2,366 Class H common.

Peter M. Martin, officer, exercised an option for 26,000 shares of common at $3.55 each Oct. 21 and sold them for between $51.50 and $52 each on Oct. 21 and now directly holds 41,029 common.
