1 Stop running back Jerome Bettis. If the Ravens stop him and force Kordell Stewart to pass, their chances for victory improve dramatically.

2 Contain Stewart. His passing likely won't beat the Ravens, but his scrambling ability might.

3 Use play-action passes. Teams are starting to bring up safeties to shut down the run, which leaves the middle open.
