Ellicott City: Sparrow Court and Ashbrook Drive: Six people wearing masks approached a trick-or-treater and took his candy Friday.

Ellicott City: 3400 block of Plum Tree Drive: Someone took TC brick and threw it through the front window of Wilson Oil Co. and took key chains between 5 p.m. Friday and 6: 24 p.m. Sunday.

Ellicott City: 4200 block of Red Bandana Way: A man exposed himself on a woman's deck at 3: 15 a.m. Saturday.

Owen Brown: Swan Point Way and Harbor Lane: Four to six males, dressed in black and wearing black ski masks, approached two trick-or-treaters and took their candy Friday.

Owen Brown: 6500 block of Tinker Round: Someone smashed a ground-floor window and removed Halloween candy Sunday.

Owen Brown: 6800 block of Barchink Place: Someone stole a 1994 Harley Davidson motorcycle, Maryland license 9999D4, between Oct. 28 and 11: 30 a.m. Sunday.

Owen Brown: 8900 block of Stanford Blvd.: Someone stole a 1998 Ford Contour, Maryland license plate ZCS4913, Friday.

Oakland Mills: 9500 block of Standon Place: Someone broke into a home by forcing open a rear sliding door and took a washer, dryer and a stove-top heat coil between 12: 30 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. Sunday.

Long Reach: 8800 block of Centre Park Drive: Someone stole a 1984 Chevrolet Leisure, New York license N4515Y, between 6: 30 p.m. and 9: 32 p.m. Friday.

Long Reach: 6000 block of Waterloo Road: Someone broke a basement window to St. John Evangelical Church and used a hammer to open a safe that contained keys about 5: 40 a.m. Sunday.

Kings Contrivance: 10000 block of Cotton Mill Lane: Someone stole a 1993 Plymouth Sundance, Maryland license DEM536, between 4 p.m. Saturday and 3: 30 p.m. Sunday.

Kings Contrivance: 10700 Crestview Lane: Three teen-age boys were arrested Friday night on charges of robbing people of their Halloween candy and assaulting them.

Highland Ridge Park: 9000 block of Old Scaggsville Road: Someone entered a garage and stole a gas card and a bank card from an unlocked car Sunday.

Cook-Berman: 2400 block of Mullinix Mill Road: Someone entered a house by prying open a basement window and stole several handguns and cash Friday.

Clarksville: 5900 block of Clifton Oaks Drive: Someone broke into a house under construction and took a furnace, refrigerator and an air conditioner between Oct. 26 and 5: 40 p.m. Friday.
