A Pennsylvania woman was killed yesterday when the car she was riding in went out of control during a rainstorm on Interstate 83 near Maryland Line in Baltimore County and was struck by a tractor-trailer, state police said.

Tfc. David Johnson of the Golden Ring Barracks said James Delillo, 46, of Reading, Pa., was driving a 1992 Chevrolet Celebrity on I-83 near Harris Mill Road at 10: 38 a.m. when he entered the left lane and passed a Tyson Foods tractor-trailer driven by Raymond Campbell, 55, of Center, Texas.

Johnson said when Delillo returned to the right lane, a puddle caused the car to hydroplane, strike a guardrail and bounce back into the right lane where it was struck by the tractor-trailer.

Johnson said 37-year-old Deborah Sue Moser, of Wyomissing, Pa., was ejected from the car's front passenger seat and killed.

Johnson said Delillo and his daughter, Christie, 15, of the 5300 block of King Arthur Court in White Marsh were treated for minor injuries at York (Pa.) County General Hospital and released. Campbell was not injured.
