A group of masked men, at least one armed with a gun, shot a Baltimore man in Pasadena early yesterday as the man ran away, county police said.

Tremayne A. Legette, 20, was treated for a wound to his left arm at North Arundel Hospital and released.

Legette told police he was on Whitaker Road near Shirley Murphy Court about 4 a.m. when a dark minivan drove up and three men with ski masks over their faces got out.

The men summoned Legette, but he ran to his girlfriend's house on Shirley Murphy Court, police said. He heard five to seven gunshots fired behind him and, when he arrived at the apartment, he discovered he had been shot, police said.
