Boat beat: After 34 days at sea, the women of EF Education were welcomed to Cape Town, South Africa, with roses from their first-place brother team, EF Language, and with hamburgers, cooked by their Cordon Bleu team chefs. "We had a good time. For me, it went very fast," said EF Education skipper Christine Guillou. The two Swedish teams are well-funded and may be the only teams to have their burgers flipped by gourmet chefs.

L Weather: Large high pressure is centered near 35S/5E to 2W.
