Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Central District

Shooting: A 20-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y., man was in the 300 block of W. Fayette St. when two men, one with a semiautomatic handgun, robbed him of $35 about 11 p.m. Saturday. After he was robbed, the victim was pursued a short distance by the gunman, who shot him in the upper left arm. He was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center but left while receiving treatment in the emergency room.

Southwestern District

Stolen car: A green 1994 Plymouth with tags XDT 071 was stolen Friday in the 1000 block of Pine Heights Ave.

Stolen car: A black 1993 Jeep Cherokee with tags 844224M was stolen Friday or Saturday in the 900 block of Lyndhurst Ave.

Burglary: Someone entered Rosie's bar in the 400 block of S. Bentalou St. through a window Friday and stole an unknown number of coins from poker video machines.

Burglary: Two TVs, two videocassette recorders, stereo equipment, a compact disc player, a set of headphones and a microwave oven, all of unknown value, were stolen Friday from a house in the 2800 block of Presbury St.

Western District

Robbery: A 10-year-old boy was riding his 10-speed mountain bike in the 2500 block of Francis St. about 1 p.m. Saturday when an older boy shoved him off the bike and rode away.

Eastern District

Robbery: Four teen-age boys, one with a handgun, robbed a man of $15 worth of food and his watch about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of N. Eden St.

Robbery: A gunman pressed his handgun to a man's head and robbed him of more than $200 about 5 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of N. Castle St.

Burglary: Someone entered a house in the 1800 block of N. Broadway Saturday after using a tool to pry open a door and stole more than $500 from a shoe box hidden in a bedroom.

Aggravated assault: A woman struck a 45-year-old man with a metal pipe in the 400 block of E. North Ave. Friday night. The man sustained minor injuries, and the woman was being sought.

Theft: A 13-year-old boy was arrested Saturday when he attempted to leave Stop, Shop & Save supermarket in the 1600 block of E. North Ave. without paying for candy.

Northern District

Theft: A bike valued at more than $100 was stolen Saturday in the 3000 block of Mathews St.

Stolen car: A 1991 Buick LeSabre with Iowa tags 840 EHQ was stolen in the 4300 block of Roland Ave. on Friday or Saturday.

Stolen car: A 1990 Acura with tags XNV 442 was stolen in the 4300 block of Roland Springs Drive on Friday or Saturday.

Theft from vehicle: A cellular phone and a radar detector, all valued at nearly $150, were stolen from a 1992 Oldsmobile parked in the 500 block of E. Northern Parkway on Friday or Saturday.

White Marsh Precinct

Robbery: Two teen-age boys were in the 6100 block of St. Regis Road about 10 p.m. Saturday when two men, one with a handgun, robbed them of $15 and a pager. The suspects drove off in a blue Mazda.

North Point Precinct

Theft/arrest: Two teen-age boys were arrested Saturday when they attempted to leave Value City department store in the 7700 block of Eastern Ave. without paying for clothing valued at more than $20.

Theft: A bike valued at $200 was stolen Saturday from the front yard of a house in the 6800 block of Youngstown Ave.

Theft: Police were seeking two teen-age girls who stole nearly $100 worth of clothing from the J. C. Penney department store at Eastpoint Mall on Saturday.

Robbery try: A man who implied he had a handgun attempted to rob the High's dairy store in the 6900 block of German Hill Road about 7: 45 p.m. Saturday, but fled for an unknown reason.

Towson Precinct

Burglary/arrest: After responding to a burglar alarm at Midas Muffler in the 1000 block of York Road about 1 a.m. Friday, an officer and his dog trailed a suspect through a wooded area near the scene and arrested him. Charged with burglary and being held at the county Detention Center is Raymond Sienkielewski, 36, of the first block of Lochmoor Court in Timonium.

Bank robbery: After giving a teller a holdup note, a man robbed the First Mariner Bank in the 8600 block of Loch Raven Blvd. of an undisclosed sum of money about 9: 15 a.m. Saturday. No weapon was displayed.

Robbery: Four men robbed a 25-year-old man of his boots and a down vest, all valued at $200, about 10: 15 p.m. Saturday in the 8500 block of Chestnut Road.

Garrison Precinct

Stolen car: A red 1992 Acura Integra with tags BBN 330 and valued at $15,000 was stolen Friday or Saturday in the 6600 block of Chippewa Drive.
