Paul R. Schindler,divisional officer, exercised an option for 10,000 shares of common at $50.63 each from Sept. 4 to Sept. 11 and sold them for between $84.51 and $87.77 each from Sept. 4 to Sept. 11 and now directly and indirectly holds 2,165 common.

Frederick M. Poses,vice president, exercised an option for 22,500 shares of common at $34.35 each Sept. 5 and sold them at $87.25 each on Sept. 5 and now directly and indirectly holds 43,761 common.

General Motors Corp.

J. T. Battenberg,vice president, exercised an option for 29,958 shares of common between $43.25 and $59.07 each Sept. 17. To cover expenses of the transaction, Battenberg turned in 23,245 of them for $68.72 each Sept. 17 and now directly and/or indirectly holds 60,314 common and 6,238 Class H common.

Harbor Federal Bancorp

Norbert J. Luken,officer, exercised an option for 1,325 shares and disposed of, by gift, 1,800 shares of common at $10.63 each from Sept. 12 to Sept. 29. Luken now directly and indirectly holds 36,956 common.

NationsBank Corp.

Andrew B. Craig,chairman, exercised an option for 60,010 shares of common stock at $12.16 each Sept. 10. To cover expenses of the transaction, Craig turned in 12,540 of them for $58.19 each Sept. 10 and sold 15,913 shares in the open market at $59.13 each Sept. 10. Craig now directly and indirectly holds 285,538 shares of common stock.

Tessco Technologies Inc.

Rocco A. Baldasare,officer, sold 5,000 shares of common for between $28.94 and $29.25 each from Sept. 8 to Sept. 10 and now directly holds 6,000 common.
