An article in the Aug. 31 edition of The Sun in Anne Arundel about a fund-raiser by inmates at the Patuxent Institution incorrectly reported the amount of scholarship money awarded in the last school year by the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund.
The fund awarded $4,000 scholarships to 116 college students.
The Sun regrets the error.
