Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Howard County.

Ellicott City: 9100 block of Dunloggin Road: Someone attempted to break into a house Wednesday.

Ellicott City: 10300 block of Kingsbridge Road: Someone broke into a house under construction Wednesday. Two generators were stolen.

Hickory Ridge: 6200 block of Satan Wood Drive: A bicycle was stolen from the back yard Wednesday.

Town Center: 10600 block of Little Patuxent Parkway: A green 1986 Audi 5000, Maryland license plate NRA-271, was stolen Wednesday.

Jessup: 7800 block of Pocomoke Drive: A Citgo gas station was robbed Wednesday. Police said a man walked into the station and implied that he had a gun. He took $150 from the cash register and fled.

North Laurel: U.S. 1 and Whiskey Bottom Road: Two women were arrested Wednesday after allegedly assaulting and robbing a man. Police said the man had allegedly solicited them for sex.
