A man charged in a warrant with last week's fatal shooting of a man and the wounding of six people inside a nightclub in the 600 block of W. Lexington St. was arrested last night in the 3500 block of The Alameda by federal marshals.

Held without bail at the Central Booking and Intake Center was Andre Lamont Huff, 29, of the 900 block of N. Caroline St. He was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Willie T. Jordan, 26, of the 100 block of E. Preston St. and six counts of attempted murder, police said.

According to police, a man who was forced to leave as a result of a fight during Club Bunns' "Gay Ladies Night" returned and began shooting -- and continued to fire shots into the club as he fled.

Huff was arrested by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force.
