PORT DEPOSIT -- The family of Ronald Wilson Brown, a Cecil County man fatally shot Monday in an incident involving a Harford County sheriff's deputy, has set up a fund to collect money for his funeral. The case is under investigation.
Donations can be made to the Ronald Brown Memorial Fund, in care of John Spriggs, Perry Point Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 5, Perry Point 21902.
