* Time to prepare: 12 minutes in conventional oven or 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes in the microwave

* Review: Sounds good on paper, but like so many things, if you remove all the fat you're left with very little taste. Maybe that's why Banquet prints recipes for "delicious dips" on the back of the box. If you think the kids won't notice the difference, think again. My crew salivated and drew near the oven when they smelled chicken tenders heating, but after a few bites they bolted. Next time I'll give the little darlings the fat-filled version -- in moderation.
