TNT Logistics appoints Flood senior vice president

TNT Logistics, the Linthicum-based subsidiary of Royal PPT Netherland PV, announced that Brian Flood was appointed senior vice president and general manager. He will be responsible for the day-to-day U.S. operations.

Dick Hargest to manage Energy Controls operations

Energy Controls International named Dick Hargest operations manager for the Hunt Valley company. Formerly production planning supervisor for Becton Dickinson Microbiology Systems, the Parkville resident will manage materials planning and purchasing, shop floor control, inventory and other manufacturing operations.

Banking and finance

Provident Bank promotes Kilroy to vice president

Provident Bank of Maryland promoted Lillian Suffolk Kilroy to vice president and manager of corporate communications. Kilroy had been director of marketing for the American Bankers Association. She is a graduate of Loyola Merrymount University and lives in Edgewater.

Health care

Diane L. Caslow promoted to vice president at Helix

Helix Health named Diane L. Caslow vice president of planning for the Baltimore health care and hospital operating company. Formerly an assistant vice president, she will direct business planning and strategy development.

She was director of planning and marketing at Good Samaritan Hospital before coming to Helix.


Greiner promotes Krach to chief engineer post

URS Greiner selected Kenneth J. Krach Jr. as chief mechanical engineer for the Timonium-based international engineering firm's mid-Atlantic operations.

The University of Maryland, Baltimore County graduate has been with the company since 1990.

Commercial real estate

Colliers Pinkard hires industrial leasing specialist

John L. Sindler has joined Colliers Pinkard, a Baltimore commercial real estate firm, as an industrial leasing and sales specialist. Formerly with Schaefer Construction Co., he will work in the Columbia offices.
